Multi-Grain Cracker Nachos~
- 10 crackers* (approximate)
- ½ cup cheese, cheddar, grated
- pinch of lettuce*
- ½ tomato*
- ¼ cup black beans
- ½ ear corn, raw,cut from ear*
- 1 teaspoon sour cream*
- chili powder* to taste
- cumin* to taste
- oregano* to taste
- Place crackers on plate and cover with cheese. Place in microwave for approximately 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.

- Add the lettuce, tomato, black beans, and corn (uncooked). Top with sour cream and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, and oregano to your liking.
