Frozen Bananas~
Did you know you can freeze your bananas, peels and all? You may have already known that you can put your over ripe bananas in the freezer for making bread later, but you can also put perfectly ripe bananas in the freezer for use in smoothies and ice cream dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of bananas
Instructions
- Place in freezer.
- To use: Simply snap off as many bananas as you need and put aside for about 20 minutes, then peel just as you would an unfrozen banana. Bananas will keep their color nicely.
- If you need the bananas immediately simply microwave for 1 minute, then peel.
